Hello, today I have released my new silvercrest machine. It works very well, the problem is that it stains the thread when sewing. They usually have the Singer machine frequently on their website but they remove it when they launch the Silvercrest so as not to step on the sales of one model with another.
In any case, the Singer model is not exclusive to Lidl, you have it for sale on other sites and at similar prices, so if you don't want to wait, you can buy it.
As for which one to buy…I prefer the Singer because it is a tad superior but above all because Singer's technical service has nothing to do with Silvercrest's and in the event of any problem or guarantee, Singer always makes it much easier. Lidl does not respond badly, but it is more tedious from what other users have told us.
